Vice Chair Woman

Maria Tarp is an international affairs professional with extensive experience in management; negotiations; strategy development and implementation; public diplomacy; policy advocacy; and climate and energy policy. Maria is currently heading the international department at the Danish ministry of energy and climate. Previously working for the ministry of foreign affairs with postings in Afghanistan and New York.



Laust er politisk chef i Red Barnet og arbejder for at sikre, at børns rettigheder ifølge FNs børnekonvention bliver respekteret i dansk og international lovgivning og administration. Han er formand for Globalt Fokus, der er en samlende platform for 80 danske foreninger og folkelige organisationer, der er engageret i internationale udviklings-, miljø- og humanitære aktiviteter.

Laust har tidligere været sekretariatsleder i Concord Danmark, der er en sammenslutning af flere end 1.800 europæiske udviklings- og nødhjælpsorganisationer.

Morten Christiansen

Morten Christiansen is CEO of the telco 3. Morten was previously COO of the telco Orange and CEO of the media agency Carat Danmark.

Peter Christiansen


Peter has been working within the civil society and social movements for the past 30 years, holding various positions in Denmark, Tanzania and Jordan before moving to Berlin where he now holds a position as Deputy Director with the International Civil Society Centre.. At ActionAid Denmark Peter was the Head of Global Capacity Development, setting up a worldwide educational framework. Also with ActionAid, Peter served as Regional Director of the Middle East Programme focusing on youth empowerment and support to Syrian refugees. Peter holds an MA in Management and Experience Economy. His key professional interests are the changing paradigm for civil society and the new organizational framework required to constantly be able to deliver on social change.

Gro Therp


Gro Therp has been working as a casting director since 1998, and is the co-founder of ArtCast. Her main focus is facilitating hybrids between documentary and fiction based on outreach field work empowering real people to become on screen actors.

Using anthropologic fieldwork, for casting, working in subcultures, minorities, urban scenes, and ghettos, all over Denmark.
